Program Offerings
Over the course of 14 weeks, the Workforce Training Program provides its students with real-world skills in Culinary, Agriculture, and Fishing (CAF) to propel their careers forward in valuable industries. The ultimate goal of this program is to train its students to join the workforce, prepared for success.

ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
HACCP Certification
Farm-to-Table Completion Certificate
A paid Stipend
20-hour week
Paid at the completion of each week

Module 3: Culinary Skills and SkillServ Training
Module 4: HACCP Certification and Food Safety Systems
Module 5: Entrepreneurship and Value-Added Food Production

Our Process
Culinary Arts
Our program equips participants with foundational cooking techniques, and creative expression through food. Through hands-on training, students graduate with the confidence needed to succeed in today’s food industry.
Food Safety
Our program teaches essential food safety practices to ensure that our students know how food is handled, prepared, and stored properly. Participants receive certifications that prepare them for high-paying jobs.
Sustainable Procurement
Growing your own food is like printing your own money. Our program teaches procurement as a smart way to source fish and produce while supporting local communities, giving participants hands-on skills to promote its value.
Workforce Readiness
Our workforce readiness training equips participants with the professional skills, communication tools, and workplace habits needed to succeed. Through practical experience and expert guidance, students gain the confidence employers value.
Develop Yourself For a Fulfilling Career
At the end of this program, you will have:
Completed 40–60 hours of supervised On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Earned ServSafe and HACCP certifications recognized by the food industry
Demonstrate professional culinary and agricultural production skills
Understand sustainable farming and local food systems
Developed and presented a Farm-to-Table Capstone Project

Who Is This Program Designed For?
This program is designed for recent graduates and adults who are looking to strengthen their skills in a valuable industry. It is our goal to provide our students with the skills necessary to confidently enter the workforce.
Do I need Prior Experience To Join?
No prior experience is required. We welcome hardworking, motivated individuals from any background and provide all the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Will I Gain Real World Experience?
Yes! The goal of the program is to make sure that all of our students are well-equipped and capable. To achieve this, we work with local organizations that will provide you with valuable real world experiences.
